IM BACK FROM

Malacca, Jubilate 26~29 Nov :) Never knew that my mm would allow me to any of the school trips, but this is the first, though it's free for me :] shall continue this post after my phone dry^drop my phone in basin omg
OK.

Day 1.
We were supposed to reach school at like 6.45am and heng it was like 6.10am i got on to the bus and GOT A SEAT hoho.
So at first Lian told me that she want to sit with me on the bus to Malacca and GUESS what. She went with Betsy and left me alone. What sort of promise is that. But actually i don't mind lah. I appreciate the art of being alone just that every time ppl past by me they will see and judge this random loner that gave a seat for her bag HAHA, my bag is just so fortunate as she don't need to squeeze the same seat with me :')

We alighted at this random place to have morning breakfast and for me, to pee. Don't know what's wrong with me but i just keep drinking water and resulted in me always needa pee :p Yup so a lot ppl bought gums tibits and dont know what but i just peed :') So we got on the bus and lian was like wanting to sit with me le cuz she say v awkward with betsy oi what do you mean by abandoning me first for her and abandoning her cuz the 2 of you cant talk and wanting to sit back with me later on? first come first serve I REJECTED. I <3 my bag more ok.

So we continued the bus ride to malacca. It is sort of a city tour *the schedule said so* although through the ride it is just the tour guide named.. irene? iris? ok sorry i forgot her name/ /introducing us various places in johor when we past by them. One of my proudest pic taken was the crown.. palace ground?

We passed by sultan aminah hospital and it was really parked with a LOT of cars and the guide says every patient only need to pay 1 ringgit for every thing. Wonder if the waiting time is very long too.

After that we reached a place for batik painting activity.

then after showering we went to alice's room but got so noisy and got scolded by the teachers when they checked for the lights out. When we go back to our room both of us can't sleep so we chatted until tired.

REFLECTIONS submitted for day 1.
During day 1, after our Johor Bahru City tour of the sultan ibrahim building, johor bahru old chinese temple and sultan abu bakar mosque on the bus, we headed to jabbir handicraft centre for a batik painting activity as a choir.
The organisers had each and every one of our names 'drawn'^or painted?^ on a piece of stretched white cloth individually in boxes of different designs for us to fill the colors in. After demostrating her painting of a flower, she let us start our work.
1) Though this activity, I learnt that batik isn't just merely painting on a piece of cloth with a single color but using a wide array of colors ^i knew it ok^ through mixing the batik paints together and using plain water to (blend the colors), to make the color fader.
2) I also learnt some brush skills through batik painting, when controlling my brush, not to paint wrongly outside of the box drawn. The water colors really spread quickly once the paint touches the cloth.
3)I learnt the Malay culture of batik painting too. As i never tried batik painting before and it is a whole new experience for me, I didn't know batik is a part of malay culture.
On the whole, i really enjoyed batik painting activity as we can create our unique piece of artwork individually.

notice i really wrote a lot of 废话and grammar mistakes :P

Day 2.

So i woke up at 5am somehow i think it was too cold i guess and i kind of need to pee too. then just stayed wide awake until breakfast.

Then went for Onde Onde making ^at the same place

after that we went back to hotel and had masterclass with the mr arwin tan
Kawaii des ne: street view
and i was so amazed that i could singing so much better than in sg !!!  :')
But.. Things changes. Accidentally had this damn spicy soup for dinner T.T
was completely volume 0 during choir competition which makes me wonder wth i even go to malacca for T.t was so damn fed up with myself haiz.

writing reflections while waiting
for jung won to shower apparently
she got the hotel service uncle to repair
our toilet^i didn't know we could
request for that

this day very tired, so just slept le.

REFLECTIONS:
During day 2, we visited pay fong high school. The teachers and students there were very hospitable and friendly throughout the way they led to various parts of their school. We went to places like canteen, english corner, different function rooms and their library.
I learnt that they have this english corner for the students to practice speaking english. It is an awesome way to encourage students to speack better english as they allo students to redeem coupons if they practice english there. Another thing that i find it cool in the school is their own identification cards. The identification cards is used to mark their attendance every day to school and for buying things in school ^likefoodandstationeries through scanning their cards on machines. I also learnt that their school is not a government aided school like commonwealth but an independent school where they build and support their school through donations which me *feel how fortunate our school is.

Day 3.
